We were delighted to help a local company, based in Staverton. Plastim Ltd approached us to design and install a brand new commercial solar PV system along with suitable high efficiency air conditioning to there offices. Plastim Ltd made the smart decision to invest in renewable energy to reduce their operating costs and environmental impact. After a thorough survey of the premises and carefully understanding there onsite energy requirements we installed a 50 kW solar PV system on the South facing Warehouse roof to generate electricity during the day.
To complement the solar panel system, We also installed an energy-efficient air conditioning system that uses inverter technology to adjust the cooling output based on the temperature inside the store. This helps to reduce energy consumption and lower the store's electricity bills. As GSM Ltd are Diamond partners of Mitsubishi air conditioning systems the client received the added benefit of 10years full parts and labour warranty.
Since the installation has been completed, the company are already seeing significant savings on their energy bills, and they are now looking forward to the summer where they will benefit from free cooling.
