At GSM Limited we will always commit to deliver an exceptional service and this recent example of another Air Source Heat Pump installation in Herefordshire is a perfect example of being referred on by existing customers. In this case it is a matter of the customers knowing three separate customers, all of whom have made the change from oil to Air Source Heat Pumps.
So when the time comes to make that decision over new technology and whether it works, if the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is as it states, knowing these three existing customers people makes it remarkably easier and safer for them to make decisions.
Within this project we were able to coordinate our staff with the owner’s builders and kitchen fitters as being local to the installation; we can avoid unnecessary communication breakdowns and react quickly.
